Who processes your data
The controller is Alex Poliak (a private individual) based in the Bratislava Region, Slovakia. For anything to do with personal data, contact me at apoliak@apoliak.online. Technical support for finished websites is handled at support@apoliak.online.
What data I process
I only process the data you send me yourself when you contact me by email, phone, text message or WhatsApp. This is mainly your email address or phone number and the content of your message.
For what purpose
Solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. I don't use your data for marketing and I don't share it with any third parties.
How long I keep it
Only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, or for the duration of our work together. After that I delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools.
Email from the buttons on the site
The home page has no contact form. The email buttons open your email program with a drafted message, which you then send me from your own address. Nothing is sent through this site and no third party gets access to the message.
Messages via WhatsApp
If you message me on WhatsApp, the message goes through Meta's WhatsApp service, which processes it under its own terms. I use it the same way as an email — only to reply to your enquiry. If you would rather not, send me an email or give me a call.
Example websites
The site contains example websites in the /ukazky/ folder. They are designs for made-up businesses, not websites of real clients. They collect no data — the bookings, orders, calculators and shopping cart in them work only in your browser, and nothing is sent or stored anywhere.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to its processing. Just write to apoliak@apoliak.online and I'll deal with it without delay.
