Anything that can be welded from steel
We don't have a catalogue for you to choose from. We come out, measure and make exactly what suits your site — even if it's uneven, on a slope or out of the ordinary.
Fences and infill panels
Expanded mesh, vertical bars, louvred slats, or a combination with timber. We make them in panels, so you can add more even years later.

What we have in-house, and what it means for you
We do everything ourselves. We don't send work out, so the date we promise depends only on us — and if something needs redoing, we do it straight away.
CNC plasma cutting up to 20 mm
Ornaments, house numbers or one-off parts, cut from sheet steel exactly to the drawing. For repeat parts, it's cheaper than cutting by hand.

We make bends in a single pass, so parts don't need to be built up from welded pieces. Fewer welds means fewer places where rust can start.
our ownMIG and TIG welding
We MIG-weld mild steel and TIG-weld stainless steel and aluminium. We grind the welds, so there's no lump on the visible side that you'd notice after painting.

The people who install the gate are the people who made it. If something doesn't fit on site, they can fix it there and then, without a second visit.

You call or write
Rough measurements and a photo of the site are enough. A photo tells us more than a description.
We come and measure
Free within thirty kilometres. We measure the slope of the ground too — for a gate, that's decisive.
You get a quote
Within three working days, itemised. Valid for 30 days, and it doesn't change during production.
We make it
In our workshop, usually in three to five weeks, depending on the job and the finish.
We install and adjust it
Including fitting, and showing you how to use the opener. We hand over the guarantee and the instructions.
FAQ
What you ask us most often
How long does a gate take?
Usually three to five weeks from measuring. Shorter for primer only, longer for galvanising and powder coating — the hot-dip galvanising itself is done by an outside company, and it's the only thing we don't control. We give you the date in the quote and stick to it.
Do the posts need to be in before you measure?
No — if they aren't, we measure and put the posts in ourselves as a separate item. If you're doing them yourself, we'll tell you the exact spacing and foundation depth when we measure. It's worth talking this through before any concrete is poured.
Why is galvanising dearer when the gate gets painted anyway?
Because powder coating is only a surface layer — if something scratches it, the steel underneath starts to rust. On a galvanised gate there's zinc under the paint, which protects the steel even after a scratch. That's why we give ten years' guarantee on it, and three years on powder coating alone.
Can an opener handle a gate on a slope?
A sliding gate, yes, as long as the track is level and the driveway takes up the slope. A swing gate won't close on a slope — then it needs either a rising hinge or leaves that open outwards. That's exactly why we come and measure in person.
Do you repair work made by someone else?
Yes. Welding repairs, new wheels on sliding gates, welding in new sections of rusted frames and adjusting openers. We charge by the hour. With very old structures, we'll tell you honestly when a repair isn't worth it any more.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes, we're VAT-registered. We invoice businesses on 14-day terms. For jobs over €3,000 we ask for a 40% deposit for materials, and the rest on handover.
