We deliver ourselves. The driver knows where your entrance is, where to reverse in and who to hand the goods to when you're not there.

How to buy
Four steps to your first order
You get in touch
Just your company number and roughly what you buy. We put you in a price group by type of business and expected volume.
We send a price list
Yours, not a generic one. With regular orders, price bands are worked out from your monthly volume, not from a single order.
You order
By email, by phone or through our sales rep. The first three orders are paid on delivery, and then we move to invoicing.
We deliver regularly
Most businesses set a fixed day of the week. The driver then knows when to come, and you don't have to place a new order every time.
FAQ
What you ask us most often
Do you sell to the public?
No — we're a wholesaler and sell to trade customers only. It isn't snobbery: our prices are built on volume and packed by the case. A single shopper wouldn't save anything buying from us, even if we sold to them.
How is the price band worked out?
For a one-off order, by the number of items in it. For regular orders, by the average over the last three months — so you don't have to order a lot at once, just order steadily. We work it out automatically; you don't have to ask.
What if something's out of stock?
We say so in the order confirmation before delivery, not on the delivery docket. We'll suggest a substitute, but never send one without your agreement — that's what annoys businesses most.
Do you deliver outside Anytown?
In our own vans within forty kilometres. Beyond that we send it with a haulier, delivery is charged by weight and the free delivery limit is €400. We'll tell you up front, not on the invoice.
Can I return goods?
Undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days, except chemicals and food packaging, where hygiene rules don't allow it. We take seasonal stock back until the end of the season, even opened — that's normal with gritting salt.
Do you have a sales rep?
Yes, one for our region. They visit customers once a month, bring news of new lines and take your order on the spot. It's not a requirement — if you prefer, you can order by email and never see the rep.
