Plastic injection moulding since 2004

The mould pays for itself over the run.

We mould plastic parts from tens of grams to two kilograms, make and maintain moulds, and assemble finished units. We'll also help you decide whether your own mould is worth it at all.

What we do

From model to finished assembly

We do the whole chain — assessing the part, the mould, moulding and assembly. That means when something goes wrong, nobody has to work out whose fault it is.

Plastic injection moulding

Parts from ten grams to two kilograms. Six machines from 40 to 650 tonnes, so we don't have to make do with whatever happens to be free.

from €0.08 per piece

Mould making

Single and multi-cavity, with hot or cold runners. We build moulds so they can be maintained — not as a sealed black box.

from €4,200

Mould maintenance and repair

Including ones made by someone else. Cleaning, replacing ejector pins, repairing the parting line. Without maintenance, a mould starts producing flash after a few hundred thousand cycles.

from €180

Part design and assessment

Most parts that reach us need small changes — draft angles, even wall thickness, gate position. We'll advise you on this free of charge, before we even quote.

€0

Assembly and finishing

Gluing, ultrasonic welding, pressing in inserts, packing. The customer gets a finished unit, not a bag of parts.

depending on the extent

Recycling our own waste

We grind runners and rejects and feed them back into production wherever the part allows. It saves material and cost — and we'll tell you in what ratio it's done.

Guide price

Work out your production run

Enter the part and the quantity. You'll see the mould price, the price per piece and, most importantly, how the mould cost spreads over the run. For small runs, the mould makes up most of the price.

Material

Without the runner. If you don't know it, estimate it from the volume — plastics have a density of around 1 g/cm³.

Part and mould complexity

The complexity of the part sets both the mould price and the cycle time.

The slider moves in the steps that are actually ordered in practice.

Which plastic for what

This is usually the first question, and most often the most important one. The wrong material only shows up in use — and by then the mould is already made.

Machinery

Six machines from 40 to 650 tonnes

The range matters — a small part on a big machine is needlessly expensive, and a big part on a small one can't be moulded at all.

40 and 90 tonnes

Small parts up to 60 g — clips, caps, technical components. A short cycle, so large runs go quickly.

2 machines

160 and 260 tonnes

Our busiest machines. Housings, packaging, crates and most of what you picture when you think of a plastic part.

2 machines

400 tonnes

Larger visible parts and multi-cavity moulds. This is where production goes when you need six pieces per cycle.

1 machine

650 tonnes

Our largest machine — parts up to two kilograms, crates and technical assemblies. The clamping force is enough for large surfaces too.

How it works

Five steps from model to production run

You send a model

A STEP file, or even just a photo and dimensions. We'll assess whether the part can be moulded as drawn.

We suggest changes

There almost always are some — draft angles, even wall thickness, gate position. Without them the part would warp or show sink marks.

You get a quote

The mould price and the price per piece for your quantity. We always show you at what quantity the mould pays for itself.

We make and test the mould

Six to twelve weeks. We send the first parts for approval with an inspection report before we start the run.

We produce and store

We deliver the run in one go or in call-offs. The mould stays yours, so on your next order you only pay for the parts.

FAQ

What you ask us most often

From what quantity is it worth it?

It depends on the price of the mould. For a simple part with a €4,200 mould, it starts to pay off against 3D printing from roughly a thousand pieces, and from five thousand for more complex moulds. Under a thousand pieces, we'll tell you straight that another technology will be cheaper — and which one.

Who owns the mould?

You do, once you've paid for it. We keep it here and maintain it, but it's yours and you can take it away at any time. We put this in the contract, because in this industry it isn't a given, and it's something worth keeping an eye on.

How long does a mould last?

A steel mould handles hundreds of thousands to millions of cycles, depending on the part material — glass-filled plastics wear it out much faster. With regular maintenance, moulds can last fifteen years.

Why are you telling me the part needs redrawing?

Because most models we receive are drawn for 3D printing or machining. Injection moulding needs draft angles to release the part from the mould and an even wall thickness — otherwise the part warps as it cools or gets sink marks. We'll advise you on this free of charge.

Do you also mould recycled material?

Yes, and we grind our own runners and feed them back, usually up to 20%. We don't recommend it for visible or load-bearing parts — the properties are worse and the colour isn't consistent. We'll always tell you how much regrind is in a part.

Can we bring a mould from another company?

Yes, we do it all the time. We check that it fits our machines and that the clamping and cooling match, then run a trial. The check costs €180, and we deduct it from your first production run.
