Rose bouquet, city delivery
I placed the order at 10:40 and it was delivered the same day at 15:20. The driver rang my husband beforehand, so he was by the phone.
Bridal bouquet and buttonholes
We confirmed the flowers three weeks in advance. Everything was there at 8:00 as agreed, and the bouquet lasted the whole day in the heat.
Monstera, 70 cm tall
They repotted the plant for me right in the shop for €4. The card said how often to water it, and after a month it has three new leaves.
Funeral wreath, 60 cm across
I ordered in the evening, and at 10:00 the next day the wreath was at the funeral home. They managed the ribbon with the printed message within a day.

The bouquet arrived an hour later than agreed. They called me before the time and didn't charge me the €4.90 delivery.

We get cut flowers in three times a week. Out of season we add imported flowers, so the range changes through the year.

From order to handover
We tie most bouquets while you wait. For bigger arrangements we agree a date and confirm the mix in advance.

Tell us the occasion and budget
Just tell us who you want to make happy and for what occasion. If you can't decide, we'll advise you based on what's in the buckets that day.

We pick flowers from the delivery
We get cut flowers in three times a week. If something isn't the quality you asked for, we'll offer an alternative before we make up the arrangement.

We tie it at the counter
We tie an ordinary bouquet within 15 minutes and a bigger arrangement within an hour. Wedding and funeral flowers are made for an agreed date.

We hand over or deliver
The bouquet goes out wrapped, with water in the wrapping. For deliveries, the driver calls the recipient beforehand and we confirm the handover to the person who ordered.

What it looks like here
To the right of the entrance is a chilled display case with cut flowers, to the left shelves with house plants and ceramics. In the middle stands the work table where we tie bouquets, so you can see your bouquet come together and still have a say in it.
At the back is the workroom with our stock of pots, ribbons and paper. Flowers that don't sell in time end up here too: we dry them and use them in long-lasting arrangements and wreaths.

Parking, transport and step-free access
The shop is at 12 Garden Street. There are four parking spaces outside the entrance, and the bus stop is 200 metres away on the same street.
By car and parking
- There are four parking spaces outside the shop; the first hour is free.
- There's a larger car park round the corner, about 80 metres from the entrance.
- You can stop right outside the window for five minutes to collect an order.
By bus
- The nearest stop is on the same street, about 200 metres from the shop.
- It's about a ten-minute walk to the city centre on the flat.
- There's a step-free footpath from the stop, with no roads to cross.
Step-free access
- The entrance is level with the footpath, with no step or threshold.
- The doorway is 90 cm wide, and there's room to turn a wheelchair in the shop.
- If you need help loading a bigger arrangement, call us from the car and we'll come out.
By bike and on foot
- The bike stand is right by the shop window.
- A continuous footpath and a flat cycle lane lead to the shop from the city centre.
- We wrap bouquets so they can travel in a bike basket too.
13 Care
How to make flowers last longer at home
With every bigger arrangement and every plant we include a care card. Here's what it says.

Cut flowers
- Cut two centimetres off the stems at an angle, and again every time you change the water.
- Change the water every other day, and rinse the vase when you do.
- Keep the bouquet out of direct sun and away from radiators.
- Don't leave it next to a fruit bowl — ripening fruit makes flowers wilt faster.
House plants
- Leave the plant in one place for the first two weeks so it can settle in.
- Water only when the top layer of compost is dry to the touch.
- Feed every two weeks from spring to autumn; don't feed in winter.
- We repot into a bigger pot in the shop, from €4.00.
Dried and long-lasting arrangements
- They need no water; just dust them gently now and then.
- Colours fade in direct sun; a shady spot is ideal.
- Dried grasses go soft in a damp bathroom; the living room is a better place for them.
- We can top up and repair a damaged arrangement in the shop.
When to let us know
- If a bouquet arrives damaged or wilted, get in touch within 48 hours.
- For a plant with pests, bring in a photo and we'll tell you what to do.
- If allergies make choosing tricky, we'll make a bouquet with no pollen and no strong scent.
- Advice is free even if you didn't buy the flowers from us.

What you ask us most often
If you can't find the answer here, write to us using the form below or call during opening hours.
How long does a cut bouquet last?
Five to ten days, depending on the flowers. At home, cut about two centimetres off the stems at an angle, change the water every other day and trim the stems again each time.
Keep the bouquet out of direct sun, away from radiators and away from a fruit bowl: ripening fruit gives off a gas that makes flowers wilt quickly.
Can I order delivery for a specific time?
For city delivery you can choose a two-hour window, for example between 14:00 and 16:00. We confirm a more precise time by phone on the morning of delivery.
For delivery at an exact time — before a ceremony or a party, say — we can arrange it by phone for orders over €60.
What happens if the recipient isn't in?
The driver calls them on the number you give when ordering. If there's no answer, the bouquet comes back to the shop and goes into water, and we contact you the same day.
A second delivery attempt is free, or you can collect from the shop. We'll keep the bouquet fresh for two days.
Will you write a card to go with the bouquet?
Yes, at no extra charge. Put your message in the note on your order; about 200 characters fit. We write it by hand on card in one of three colours.
If you'd like to stay anonymous, we'll sign the card however you wish, and we never put a receipt with the price in the delivery.
Do you do funeral flowers and deliver them to the service?
We make wreaths, arrangements and sympathy bouquets. We can make an ordinary arrangement within 24 hours; a 60 cm wreath from €45, an arrangement from €35.
On request we deliver straight to the funeral home or the cemetery at the agreed time. We can supply a ribbon with a printed message by the next day.
Do you have flowers with no strong scent and no pollen?
Yes. For a hospital or an office we make bouquets without strongly scented flowers — for example roses, chrysanthemums or lisianthus.
We remove the anthers from lilies in the shop so the pollen doesn't stain clothes or irritate allergies. Just mention it in the note on your order.
How should I look after a house plant after buying it?
With every plant we include a card about watering, light and feeding. Leave the plant in one place for the first two weeks so it can settle in.
If you're not sure, bring a photo into the shop or write to us through the contact form. We repot into a bigger pot while you wait, from €4.
Can I return or exchange something?
We make up tied flowers to order, so they can't be returned. But if a bouquet arrives damaged or wilted, get in touch within 48 hours and we'll make a new one or refund your money.
We'll exchange or refund an unused house plant in its original pot within 14 days of purchase. Details are in the Terms and cancellations section.
15 Terms
Cancellations, complaints and payment terms
Cut flowers don't last, so the deadlines for cancellations and complaints are shorter than for ordinary goods.
Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an ordinary order free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed delivery.
- Made-to-order arrangements — bridal bouquets and wreaths — up to 48 hours before the date.
- Once we've started making up the arrangement, the order can't be cancelled; the flowers are already cut and used.
- A phone call or the contact form is enough to cancel; we'll send you confirmation in writing.
Complaints
- Report problems with flowers within 48 hours of receiving them, ideally with a photo.
- If your complaint is justified, we'll make a new bouquet or refund your money within 14 days.
- Report problems with house plants within 14 days of purchase, in the original pot.
- Complaints don't cover natural wilting after the normal vase life.
Payment and invoices
- Prices are final and include VAT; delivery is added when you complete your order.
- We only take a 30% deposit on wedding orders over €200.
- We invoice business customers monthly with 14-day terms.
- We give you a receipt on handover, and can print one later in the shop on request.
Data and privacy
- We use your name, address and phone number only to deliver your order.
- The recipient's phone number is used only to arrange the handover.
- We don't share your details with third parties, except the courier delivering your order.
- We keep orders for six years for tax purposes, then delete them.

Vacancy: flower sales and arranging
We're looking for someone to arrange and sell flowers in the shop. Arranging experience is a plus, not a requirement; training takes about a month.
