Here on the website or by phone. We'll tell you which technology we can bring to your address and what you'll really get from it.
We agree a date
Usually within three working days. We come in a two-hour window, not “sometime between eight and four”.
We set you up
Installation takes one to three hours depending on the technology. The router and the cable are included and are yours to keep.
We configure and test
We measure the speed in front of you, set up the Wi-Fi and show you where the signal gets weaker. If something's not right, we sort it out on the spot.
FAQ
What you ask us most often
Why is fibre dearer than wireless broadband?
Because a cable has to be physically laid. But you get symmetrical speeds, lower latency and a stability that nobody can guarantee over the air — in the rain and in built-up areas the difference is noticeable. If fibre is available where you are, it's worth it.
What does a symmetrical connection mean?
The same speed for downloading and uploading. Ordinary connections often upload ten times slower, which doesn't matter for streaming but does for video calls, cloud backups or sending large files.
Do you really have no contract?
We don't. The agreement is open-ended with a month's notice, and setup costs nothing. We don't have an introductory price that jumps after a year either — the price in the price list is the price you'll pay five years from now.
I'm measuring less than I pay for. What can I do?
Call us. It's usually the Wi-Fi, not the connection — an older router or thick walls. We'll measure it over a cable and over the air and tell you where the problem is. If it's on our side, we'll fix it. If it's your router, we'll tell you that too.
Do you cover holiday homes and remote houses?
Wirelessly, often yes, if there's a direct line of sight to our mast. We'll come and check for free — either it works or it doesn't, and we'll tell you straight. We don't run fibre to a single remote house; it would never pay back.
What happens in a power cut?
Our masts have backup power for several hours, but your router at home doesn't. If you need internet during a power cut too, we can supply a small backup battery — it costs around €60 and lasts about four hours.
