Solar PV for your home
Designed around your annual usage and when you use it. We install, connect and notify ESB Networks — you don't have to deal with anything.
from €5,400Installing solar since 2017
We design your system around your usage, not around how many panels fit on the roof. We install it, connect it and handle the grant. And we'll tell you honestly when it isn't worth it.
What we do
The most common mistake is oversizing. Surplus you export to the grid for next to nothing never comes back to you — so we design for your usage, not for the size of your roof.

from €5,400So you use in the evening what you generate during the day. Without a battery you use about a third of your output, with one about two thirds — and that's the whole difference in payback.
from €3,200Businesses use electricity during the day, so they use almost everything they generate. Payback is usually quicker than for homes, and the system qualifies for capital allowances.
from €12,000A wallbox connected to your solar system charges from your surplus first. Without it you charge your car from the grid even while the panels are generating.
from €640The best way to use your own electricity — the heat pump runs during the day too, when the panels generate most. We design it together with the solar system.
from €8,900The grant application, the approval, the ESB Networks notification, the connection paperwork and the completion certificate. We handle it all and hand it to you ready to sign.
includedPayback
Enter your usage and your roof. You'll see the estimated output, the yearly savings and the year the investment pays back. And above all, how much of the output you actually use — that's what it all depends on.
You'll find it on your electricity bills. A typical house uses 3,000 – 5,000 kWh, and up to 9,000 with a heat pump.
This matters more than system size. If you're out during the day, you use little of your own output — and that's where a battery helps.
Prices
Prices include panels, inverter, mounting, installation, certification and notifying ESB Networks. Excluding VAT, before the grant is deducted.

Grant
Grant schemes change, but the rules tend to stay similar. These four things decide whether you get the grant and whether it's actually paid out.
This is the most common mistake. If you have the panels fitted before your grant is approved, you lose the grant — costs from before approval don't count.
the order mattersIt's usually valid for eight months. If the installation and the claim aren't done by then, it lapses. So we plan the dates so it works out even if the supplier runs late.
we keep track for youNot every company is on the SEAI list of registered solar PV companies. If it isn't, your grant won't be paid — even if the installation is done properly. Check before you sign.
we're on the listIt's capped according to system size and doesn't apply to every part of the setup. So work out the full price and treat the grant as a discount, not as half the price.
capped per kWpHow it works
From a year of bills we can see your usage and how you spread it through the day. Without that a system can't be designed — only guessed.
We measure the roof and check the consumer unit and any shading. The survey is free even if nothing comes of it in the end.
With estimated output, savings and payback. If the payback comes out at over fifteen years, we'll say so and talk you out of it.
The application, the approval and the ESB Networks notification. You sign, we do the running around.
Installation takes one to three days. Then certification, notification and switch-on — including an app where you can see your output in real time.
FAQ
It depends on when you use electricity. If you're out during the day, you use about a third of your output and export the rest to the grid for a fraction of the price. That's when a battery makes sense. If you have a heat pump or a pool, or you work from home, it can work out well without one.
Manufacturers give a 25-year output warranty with a guaranteed drop of around 0.5% a year. The panels are the most reliable part of the system. The first thing to fail is usually the inverter — expect to replace it after twelve to fifteen years; it costs around €1,200.
It still generates, just less — in December about a tenth of what it does in June. That's why a system isn't designed to cover winter; that would mean a huge surplus in summer. The aim is to cover the annual balance, not every single day.
Not with proper fixings. We use hooks under the tiles or screws into the structure with special seals, and we give a ten-year guarantee against leaks on our work. If your roof is near the end of its life, we'll honestly recommend replacing it first.
Yes — every system connected to the grid has to be notified and needs a completion certificate. We handle it all, including the connection paperwork. Without notification you risk being disconnected, and you can't be paid for exported surplus.
Yes, for buildings without a grid connection. They're different setups — with a bigger battery and no link to the grid, so the grant doesn't apply. The payback isn't measured against your bills there, but against the cost of a grid connection, which can run to tens of thousands.

Send a photo of your roof and a year of electricity bills. We'll make a design from that — it's free and without obligation, even if you decide to leave things as they are.
