About us
We work by appointment only. We can take walk-ins only when a chair happens to be free, which is most likely on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
Four chairs, two wash basins and a separate corner for straight-razor shaves. Each slot is reserved for 15 to 90 minutes depending on the service and starts at the agreed time.
We cut with scissors and clippers and finish fades with a razor. On your first visit we look at your head shape, hair density and how much time you spend on your hair at home, and set the length and how often you should come back.

Hair and beard care at home
The routine we show you on your own hair during the cut. Each step includes how much to use and how long it takes.

Washing
With shorter cuts, washing every other day is enough, or daily for oilier skin. Apply shampoo only to the scalp — the lengths get washed as you rinse. Conditioner goes on the ends, not the roots.

Drying and styling
Blow-dry your hair until it's about eighty per cent dry and only then apply product. Paste or pomade won't grip wet hair and the style will drop within an hour. Direct the air against the direction of growth so the shape lasts longer.

How much product
A pea-sized amount of paste for a short cut, a bean-sized amount for a longer top. Rub it between your palms until the shine disappears, then work it in from the back to the front. More product won't improve the shape; it just weighs the hair down.

Beard and brush
Three drops of oil on a dry beard in the morning; for beards over five centimetres, use balm. Spread it from the skin to the ends and brush through — one minute is enough. A fine comb is for wet hair, the brush always for dry. Don't tidy the outlines on your neck and cheeks at home — we'll do it between visits for €9.

Booking an appointment
Choose a service, the visit option and a free time. Taken times are crossed out and can't be selected. We work out the slot length from the option.

Cancellations and running late
We keep the rules simple so appointments work for everyone. They're the same whether you book online or by phone.
Cancelling a booking
- Up to 4 hours before your appointment, cancel free of charge by phone or text.
- Less than 4 hours ahead, the appointment lapses with no fee, but we make a note of it.
- Two no-shows without notice: we'll confirm your next appointment only after a €10 deposit.
- The deposit is deducted from the price at your next visit.
Running late
- Up to 10 minutes late: we shorten the service to fit the original slot.
- Over 10 minutes late: the slot is lost and we offer the next free time.
- Walk-ins only when a chair happens to be free.
- Arriving early is fine — wait in the six-seat waiting area.
Moving and replacement slots
- Moving an appointment is free if you let us know at least 4 hours ahead.
- Freed-up slots go to the first person on the waiting list for that day.
- Bank holidays: we're closed and offer a replacement time the day before.
- Not happy with your cut? We'll put it right within 7 days of your visit at no extra cost.

Payment, receipts and extras
You pay after the service; we don't take a deposit when you book. The price-list price is final — the only thing that changes it is the visit option you choose in advance.

- No card minimum — you can pay by card even for a €9 outline tidy.
- A gift voucher covers services and products; pay the rest another way.

- Apprentice cuts are 30% off, with a slot 15 minutes longer.
- Seniors over 65 pay €17, Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 to 12:00.
- Children under 12 pay €15 on any day.
- Discounts don't stack — you always get the better one.

Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it. We work to exact appointment times and take walk-ins only when a chair happens to be free. Your best chance is Monday and Tuesday mornings, your worst Thursday and Friday after 16:00.
How long does a haircut take and what's included?
A classic cut is booked for 30 minutes, a fade for 45 minutes and a cut with beard for 60 minutes. The price includes a consultation, an outline tidy with a razor and, with services over 30 minutes, a wash. A wash and styling with any shorter service costs €6 extra and adds 15 minutes.
Do you cut children's hair?
Yes — children under 12 for €15, with a 25-minute slot. We have a booster seat for children from age four. The accompanying adult sits alongside for the whole cut. For a first cut, allow a little extra time; we go at the child's pace.
What's an apprentice cut?
The same service is done by an apprentice under the direct supervision of a barber, who checks and finishes the work. The price is 30% lower and the slot is 15 minutes longer. If you're not happy with the result, we finish it straight away at no extra cost.
How should I prepare for a razor shave?
Come with at least two days' stubble and don't shave at home on the day. If you have irritated skin, acne or fresh cuts, tell us at the start — we'll postpone the shave or limit it to shaping the outlines.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, we take cards and contactless payment by phone, as well as cash and gift vouchers. We don't take deposits in advance — you pay after the service. You always get a receipt.
How often should I get a haircut?
Short cuts with a fade look best for three to five weeks, longer ones for six to eight. Between cuts we can tidy the neck and around the ears for €9, as long as it's no more than 14 days since your last cut.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes — put it in the note when you book or mention it when you call. With a specific barber, the next free slot is usually a few days later than with any free chair.

Jobs at the barbershop
We have four chairs and fill one of them as needed. We're looking for a full-time barber and an apprentice who wants to learn the whole trade, from washing to the razor.

- What you do: washing, preparing the station, and gradually cutting under a barber's supervision.
- What we expect: precision, tidiness and the patience to repeat one task until it's right.
- What you get: training from day one on real customers at discounted prices.
- Schedule: arranged around your college timetable, at least three days a week.

From the main pedestrian street, turn into the side lane by the fountain. We're on the corner, the second entrance on the left.

The nearest stop is a three-minute walk away. From the stop, go through the underpass and keep to the left side of the square.

The multi-storey car park is 120 m away and the first hour costs €1. Street parking in the centre is paid from 8:00 to 18:00.

There's a rack for four bikes right outside the entrance. You can leave a scooter in the waiting area by the coat rack.
How it works
Messages from the form go to the barbershop's inbox. We reply within 24 hours, usually by phone or by text to the number you give. At weekends we reply on Saturday until 14:00, otherwise on Monday morning.
If you need an appointment today or tomorrow, it's better to call directly during opening hours.
