03 Your visit

How a repair works

Five steps from booking to collecting your car. The process is the same for every repair, even a small €12 job.

Step 01

Booking

Book a slot using the form on this page or by phone. You'll get a confirmation the same day.

Step 02

Drop-off

We note the fault, the mileage and anything else about the car. One technician takes the keys, and that's the person who keeps you updated.

Step 03

Inspection and price

We lift the car, confirm the fault and send you the price of labour and parts. We start work once you agree.

Step 04

The work

If we find another fault during the repair, we call you before we touch it. We keep the parts we replace.

Step 05

Collection

The invoice lists the work done and the parts used. We'll tell you what will need looking at at the next service.

06 Businesses

Company vehicles and fleets

Terms for businesses with a service agreement: a fixed labour rate for the year, a 5 to 15% discount depending on the number of vehicles, and one monthly invoice with 14-day payment terms.

01

Priority slots and invoicing

For businesses with a service agreement we keep priority slots, so the vehicle is off the road for as short a time as possible.

  • Agreed labour rate for the whole year
  • Priority slot within two working days
  • Monthly invoicing with 14-day payment terms
  • Summary of work done, vehicle by vehicle
02

Several vehicles at once

If your whole fleet needs a tyre change or test preparation (NCT or CVRT), we split the work into blocks.

  • A reserved day or block of hours for your company
  • Vehicle collection and return by arrangement
  • One invoice for the whole batch
  • Service book entries on the spot
03

Annual service agreement

We draw up the agreement based on the number of vehicles and how hard they work. You sign it only after you've read the terms in your own time.

  • Service schedule planned out for the whole year
  • Fixed labour rate with no seasonal surcharges
  • Seasonal wheel storage for the whole fleet
  • The agreement can be ended as of the last day of any month

Rates by number of vehicles

The discount is calculated from the labour price in the price list and applies to all vehicles covered by the agreement. Parts are charged according to actual use.

How the agreement is prepared

Write to us using the form: how many vehicles you have, how much they're used and whether you also need tyre fitting and storage. Based on that, we'll prepare a rate and a service schedule for the year. You'll get the proposal in writing — you don't sign anything on the spot.

Company vehicles are handled by our service advisor, by phone or through the contact form.

07 Vouchers

Gift vouchers

We issue a voucher on the spot, either for an amount or for a specific job from the price list. It's valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be passed on.

The voucher is transferable — anyone can use it. We record the voucher number, so if it's lost we can look it up.

How to use it

Using it in parts
You can use a voucher over two visits. We keep the remaining balance against the voucher number and deduct it next time.
Paying the difference
If the repair costs more, you pay the difference on the spot. Any unused balance isn't paid out in cash.
Booking a slot
Book a slot just as you would for a normal repair and mention the voucher when you drop the car off.

Order a voucher by phone on your number here or through the contact form.

08 Terms

Guarantee and repair terms

A 24-month guarantee on labour, complaints resolved within 30 days and no extra work without your approval. The same applies to every repair.

The price doesn't change without your approval
Before the repair you get a written estimate for labour and parts. If another fault shows up during the work, we stop and call you. We don't continue without your approval.
Inspection before the repair
If the inspection shows we can't do the repair ourselves, we don't charge for it and we'll recommend where to go instead.
Guarantee on labour and parts
We guarantee our work for 24 months. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty; its length is shown on the invoice.
Replaced parts
We keep the old parts and show them to you when you collect the car. If you want to keep them, tell us when you book.
Complaints
We accept complaints in person, by phone or through the contact form. We look at the car as a priority and resolve the complaint within 30 days at the latest.
Customer's own parts
We'll fit a part you bring in. We stand behind the fitting, not the part itself. Feel free to send us the part type before you buy it and we'll check it fits your car.
Leaving the car after the repair
You can leave the finished car on our premises for three working days at no charge. Longer stays can be arranged in advance.

Guarantee on work done

24

months on every job we do in the workshop

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. You get an itemised invoice for labour and parts when you collect the car.

What you get at collection

We always hand over the paperwork for the repair, even for a small job.

  • Itemised labour invoice
  • List of parts used
  • Measurement report
  • Labour guarantee certificate
  • Service book entry

If you don't ask for the replaced parts, we send them for disposal after you collect the car.

Outside opening hours, feel free to send a message, even in the evening. We go through the diary every morning before the workshop opens.

11 FAQ

FAQ

The ten things people ask us most often. If your question isn't here, call us or send a message through the form.

01Do I need to book in advance?

For repairs, yes — otherwise all the bays may be taken. Small things like topping up tyres, checking the pressure or filling up the screenwash we do without a booking if the workshop has a free moment.

We try to take punctures straight away. Call before you come so we can tell you whether to come right over or an hour later.

02How much will the repair cost?

We can only give an exact amount after the inspection. The process is always the same: we lift the car, confirm the fault and send you an estimate for labour and parts. We only start work once you've approved the estimate.

You'll find the prices of routine jobs in the labour price list on this page. These are labour prices; parts are charged according to actual use.

03Can I bring my own parts?

Yes, we'll fit them. In that case the guarantee covers the fitting, not the part. If the part fails, replacing it is charged as new work.

Feel free to send us the part type before you buy it and we'll check it fits your car. It saves both of us a pointless strip-down.

04How long does a tyre change take?

A set of four wheels with balancing takes about 45 minutes. In March and April and again in October and November the tyre bay is often booked up a week ahead, so in the season it's worth booking early.

If we store your set of wheels, we'll have it ready before you arrive and you'll wait less.

05Can I wait at the workshop during the repair?

Yes, by the entrance there's a waiting room with a view into the workshop, Wi-Fi and coffee. For jobs under an hour, most people wait on site.

For repairs over two hours, we recommend leaving the car and coming back. We'll call you as soon as it's ready.

06Do you have a courtesy car?

We don't offer our own courtesy car. If the repair holds you up, we'll drive you to the town centre or the train station and pick you up again after the repair. Arrange it with us when you hand over the keys.

07Will I lose the manufacturer's warranty if you service my car?

No. We do scheduled services to the manufacturer's specified scope and record them in the service book or the digital service record. We use oils and parts of the specified quality.

Keep the invoice with the exact breakdown of the work done — it's proof that the car has been properly maintained.

08What if the fault comes back after the repair?

Get in touch as soon as possible. We look at the car as a priority, and checking a repair under complaint is free of charge. If the fault is ours, we fix it under the guarantee.

We resolve complaints within 30 days of receiving them at the latest and tell you in writing how we assessed them.

09Can you store my tyres through the season?

Yes, the store is in the same building as the workshop. We wash the set, label it with your name and registration number and put it on a rack. Storage for six months costs €29 per set.

When you book a tyre change, we'll have the set ready before you arrive, so you'll wait less. You can collect your stored wheels any time — just call the day before.

10Do you also service electric cars and hybrids?

We do tyres, suspension, brakes, alignment and air con servicing on them. We don't work on the high-voltage drive system — we have neither the equipment nor the certification for it.

If you need work on the battery or the drive system, we'll tell you as soon as you book so you don't make a wasted trip.

Workshop, equipment and people

A small four-bay workshop where the same person looks after your car from drop-off to collection.

  • Scissor lift
  • Wheel alignment rig
  • Diagnostics with on-road measurement
  • Air con station for R134a and R1234yf
